One of my new favorite mugs to drink my morning coffee from is this sweet DIY Snowman Mug that my daughter made this past weekend. It makes for a great gift for that special someone under $5! Fill the mug with hot cocoa packets, mini marshmallows, and a peppermint stick. An easy DIY craft, check out the steps below. What you will need: plain mugs (The “cheaper” quality the mug is, the better, because it will have less glaze on it. She found these Room Essential mugs at Target for $2 each), sharpie paint markers (work best), oven
Directions:
- Draw on mug to create your desired snowman face and message (see photo above for suggestions).
- Place mugs on a cookie sheet. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes at 350 degrees F.
